GAZPACHO


Ingredients for 4 persons

Half a kilo of tomatoes.
A clove of garlic.
Half a cucumber.
Small green pepper.
Salt.
Olive oil.
Vinegar.
Cold water.

Preparation

Passsed all the ingredients in a blender,salt is poured,some oil,vinegar and cold water.

After, turns to beat all over again.And finally if it is thick it returns to take another drink of water.
